K Scott Jewelers Online Return/Refund Policy:
If there is damage to an item upon delivery, call our customer service center immediately at 1-302-836-9745 for assistance. K Scott Jewelers will do our best to replace the item promptly.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from K Scott Jewelers Online, you may return it within 7 business days for a full refund (excluding shipping fees) to the credit card used to make the original purchase.
All merchandise must be returned in the original packaging and must include any instructions and warranty documents.
You may return unused, undamaged merchandise for any reason within 7 business days via UPS, Federal Express, or by U.S. Postal Service. (We are not responsible for merchandise that is lost in transit when a traceable, insurable carrier is not used)
You may also bring your return or make an even exchange at K Scott Jewelers retail store located in Sunset Station, Bear, DE.
You must have proof of purchase, the original credit card used to make the purchase, and a valid I.D. to request a refund in person.
To Make a Return Using a Reliable, Traceable Carrier:
If you purchased an item from K Scott Jewelers Online and you would like to return it using an insurable carrier such as UPS, Federal Express, or the U.S. Postal Service please follow the instructions below to safely return merchandise:
- Include your packing slip and all original documentation with your merchandise (you may want to make a copy of your packing slip for yourself).
- Indicate on the packing slip or enclose another note with the reason for the return.
- Include your name, a daytime phone number and your email address.
- Affix a shipping label to the outside of your shipping box/envelope (remember that merchandise must be returned in its original packaging) and address it to:

- Please ship your merchandise pre-paid and insured for the full purchase price to the address indicated above. (Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping a return item).
- Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our distribution center.

Please Note:
- Your packing slip must accompany your return.
- All returns are subject to inspection by our Quality Assurance team before a refund is processed.
- We will credit your original method of payment excluding delivery charges within 30 days of receiving your return.
- K Scott Jewelers is not responsible for merchandise that is lost in transit or that is not returned in accordance with these terms.
- Merchandise received after 7 business days is not eligible for a full refund, but may be eligible for a store credit at the discretion of K Scott Jewelers.
